Poybo Media's Red Carpet Acquired by Millionaire Mentor, Inc. in All-Cash Transaction

Poybo Media and Millionaire Mentor, Inc., the U.S.-based media group owned by Jason Stone, today announced the execution of a definitive merger agreement under which Millionaire Mentor, Inc. will acquire Red Carpet, a Poybo Media subsidiary, in an all-cash transaction. The purchase includes Red Carpet's entire content roster and media publishing businesses.

Founded in 2021, and headquartered digitally across the United States, Red Carpet will now operate independently from Poybo Media. The move adds to Poybo's cash on hand, generating additional revenue opportunities and future creation of social media pages.
