Poybo Media Group Ltd. and Millionaire Mentor, Inc., the U.S.-based media group owned by Jason Stone, today announced the execution of a definitive merger agreement under which Millionaire Mentor, Inc. will acquire Red Carpet Media, a Poybo Media Group subsidiary, in an all-cash transaction. The purchase includes Red Carpet Media's entire content roster and media publishing businesses.
Founded in 2022, and headquartered digitally across the United States, Red Carpet Media will now operate independently from the Poybo Media Group. The move adds to Poybo's cash on hand, intending to generate additional revenue opportunities and future creation of social media pages.
