Poybo Media Group Ltd. and Twicsy, Inc., a U.S.-based marketing group, today announced the execution of a definitive merger agreement under which Twicsy, Inc. will acquire Preneur Media, a Poybo Media Group Ltd. subsidiary, in an all-cash transaction. The purchase includes Preneur Media's entire content roster, media publishing business, and social media accounts.
An international success founded in 2022, and headquartered digitally across the United States, Preneur Media will now operate independently from the Poybo Media Group. The move adds to Poybo's cash on hand, intending to generate additional revenue opportunities and future creation of social media pages.
